Traditional Clean
This is our bread and butter. We use traditional style cleaning for all interior window cleanings. We use high quality squeegees and soaps and have a wide range of tools to help us clean. We start by mopping down the window with our soap mixture, then we use quad 0 steel wool which is abrasive enough to take care of most build up on the windows but safe enough that it will never damage the glass.
After this we then squeegee down the window and then wipe the frames down.
We have solutions to help us take care of any hard water spots that a regular mop and squeegee could not be able to do, and we also can clean overspray from paint and construction debris on the window.

Water Fed Pole
When people see us cleaning exterior windows, they often ask, “What is that equipment you’re using?”
For about 95% of exterior window cleaning, we use a water fed pole system. This allows our caddies to safely clean windows up to three stories high without using ladders.
The system connects to your outdoor spigot and runs the water through our triple filtration system that encompases a carbon filter, reverse osmosis filter, and deionization (DI) tank. This removes the minerals and impurities that normally cause streaks and spots.
The purified water then travels up a carbon fiber pole to a soft brush that scrubs away dirt while rinsing the glass.
Because the water is ultra purified, we don’t need to squeegee it. The water simply dries naturally and leaves the windows crystal clear
You may notice water droplets right after we finish, but once they dry (usually within a few hours in the sun) your windows will be crystal clear!
As an added bonus, since the water is completely purified, it leaves no mineral residue behind. That means when it rains, the rain is less likely to leave spots and will often sheet right off the glass, helping your windows stay cleaner for longer. (This bonus usually lasts a few weeks give or take)
