Traditional Clean
This is our bread and butter. We use traditional style cleaning for all interior window cleanings. We use high quality squeegees and soaps and have a wide range of tools to help us clean. We start by mopping down the window with our soap mixture, then we use quad 0 steel wool which is abrasive enough to take care of most build up on the windows but safe enough that it will never damage the glass.
After this we then squeegee down the window and then wipe the frames down.
We always clean all the glass, frames, and sills all included!
If we are cleaning interior windows we will also open them up and clean out the tracks.
We have solutions to help us take care of any hard water spots that a regular mop and squeegee could not be able to do, and we also can clean overspray from paint and construction debris on the window.

Water Fed Pole
When people see us cleaning exterior windows, they often ask, “What is that equipment you’re using?”
For about 95% of exterior window cleaning, we use a water fed pole system. This allows our caddies to safely clean windows up to three stories high without using ladders.
The system connects to your outdoor spigot and runs the water through our triple filtration system that encompases a carbon filter, reverse osmosis filter, and deionization (DI) tank. This removes the minerals and impurities that normally cause streaks and spots.
The purified water then travels up a carbon fiber pole to a soft brush that scrubs away dirt while rinsing the glass.
Because the water is ultra purified, we don’t need to squeegee it. The water simply dries naturally and leaves the windows crystal clear
You may notice water droplets right after we finish, but once they dry (usually within a few hours in the sun) your windows will be crystal clear!
As an added bonus, since the water is completely purified, it leaves no mineral residue behind. That means when it rains, the rain is less likely to leave spots and will often sheet right off the glass, helping your windows stay cleaner for longer. (This bonus usually lasts a few weeks give or take)

Post Treatment!
Even with commercial grade equipment, sometimes not everything can be cleaned with pressure washing alone. We want to make sure that we provide the best results possible which is why every job includes a FREE post treatment. A post treatment is a blend of SH (bleach), surfactant (soap), and water all mixed together and diluted properly and then applied to the surface after the wash. A post treatment helps kill any deep organic growth in the concrete to make sure no lines are left and your concrete stays cleaner for longer
Think of it like brushing your teeth without toothpaste. The brush removes surface debris, but without the paste, you're not killing the bacteria underneath. Pressure washing alone works the same way. It blasts away the visible dirt, but leaves behind deep-rooted organic growth like algae, mold, and mildew. Without treating it with a post treatment, that growth returns fast and your surfaces are dirty again within weeks.
Post-treatment eliminates that growth at the source which keeps your surfaces cleaner for longer. It also prevents the streaky lines you've probably noticed on driveways cleaned without it. Those lines are one of the telltale signs of a job that did not use a post treatment and was not done professionally.
We also take top priority in making sure your lawn and plants stay safe from the post treatment. Before and after every post treatment, we thoroughly rinse all nearby grass, plants, and garden beds with water. That way, if any post-treatment runs off, it gets diluted further on contact and causes no harm whatsoever.
