Yes. We have a 2 million dollar general liability insurance plan that covers both us and our clients properties if anything were to happen. We also are an official LLC and have our official Ohio Business Licenses.

For pressure washing it depends on the foot/vehicle traffic that area gets. But for a standard residential property we recommend every 2-3 years to keep it looking fresh.
For window washing we recommend having them cleaned anywhere from 1-4 times per year. The best is to have them cleaned every season to prevent pollen and grime buildup year round! (especially in a state like Ohio that gets crazy weather) That is why we now have our window cleaning plans that save you money per clean and as a bonus we clean any hard water stains and your screens for free with our plans.

Yes. Every pressure washing company will use the customers water to clean, it is industry standard.

No, it’s not necessary for you to be home. For pressure washing and exterior window cleaning as long as we have access to a hose spigot we are good to go.
